Enrollment Schedule:
Monday, January 23, 2012– Enrollment will be open to currently enrolled students in the Preschool, Mother’s Day Out program, and to church members. Applications will be accepted weekdays 8:00am -12:00pm. Registration is on a “first come” basis.
Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 8am – Enrollment opens to the general public.
Enrollment Procedures:
Return the completed application along with the non-refundable application fee of $155.00 to the Preschool office. Please make checks payable to Hernando UMC Preschool. The application fee covers all of your child’s school supplies, field trips, school t-shirt, tote bag and all parties. The registration fee has been increased to also include class party expenses.
All students will need to have a Mississippi Certificate of Immunization (Form 121) on file by August 10, 2012.
