Local Outreach:  Interfaith Food Pantry; preparing Thanksgiving food baskets for needy elderly; providing Christmas gifts to needy children; House of Grace, which provides help to  women and children who are victims of domestic violence; Vacation Bible School outreach to local children; providing backpacks with school supplies to needy children; mentoring children in local schools; supporting our local retirement  community, Wesley Meadows; helping with needs of Camp Lake Stephens; supporting a Hispanic United Methodist Church as it gets started; supporting Kairos Prison Ministries in Mississippi; supporting Habitat for Humanity; and assisting with many other needs as they arise.
