Our Women’s Ministry strives to provide opportunities for women by encouraging them to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, experience meaningful relationships with other women, and have a safe place to come with their specific joys and needs.
United Methodist Women (UMW)
The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church. Our UMW sponsors programs, events, and mission outreach that are of interest to women of all generations. Our unit, composed of all circles, offers four general meetings a year. New members are always welcome!
Small groups (Circles) which provide opportunities for women of all ages, usually meet the 3rd week of each month: on Tuesday and Wednesday during the day and on Thursday evenings.
• Mary-Martha Circle – 3rd Tuesday of the month @ 1:00 p.m.
• Madonna Circle – 3rd Wednesday of the month @ 10:00 a.m.
• Agape Circle – 3rd Thursday of the month @ 7:00 p.m.
If you should have any questions regarding UMW, please contact our UMW President, Mary Morrison at (662) 449-5689.
